Using an acrylic ganache lid ensures that you reduce ingredient waste & maintain a perfect even ganache coating & super straight sides, as you can reuse them time and time again. To use, simply place the desired sized lid underneath the cake and the equivalent board on top making sure they align. Spread ganache around the sides of the cake, using the boards as a guide for scrapping off excess chocolate.
